Plumbing Catastrophe in Nashville Area

We had to do a major restoration job on this home with beautiful hardwood floors. We were called out to handle a huge plumbing leak from the second floor that came down through the ceiling in to the first floor. It took the homeowners some time to notice the leak. Water naturally goes to the lowest spot, so there was drywall damage as well.

We restored what was not ruined and we replaced some of the ceiling material, flooring, and drywall that had to be replaced. The owners were very pleased with what SERVPRO was able to accomplish in a short amount of time.
